First appointment

Following an initial telephone conversation, when we can decide how we might work together to reach your goals, we will make a contract to go forward with regular weekly appointments.

Appointments are usually weekly, for one hour, at a rate of £60 for the hour. Couples sessions are £80. I offer online or telephone appointments when face to face work is not possible.
